    • Are teachers aware of the individual student level?
    • What are the best practices going on in the classroom to assure student achievement?
    • Are teachers able to understand, recognize and implement Standards and Benchmarks?
    • Is there consistency and equity at the various grade levels?
    • Are teachers addressing the needs of the students?
    • Are parents encouraged to participate in their child's education?
