Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
If you are interested in personal development I highly recommend you purchase Steven Covey's book, Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. I read it for the first time in early 90s and I find myself going back to it as I learn more about myself and the others I interact with.
Here are condensed summaries of the key concepts from his book:
PARADIGMS AND PRINCIPLES
Inside-Out
PRIVATE VICTORY
Habit One: Be Proactive
Habit Two: Beginning with the End in Mind
Habit Three: Put First Things First
PUBLIC VICTORY
Habit Four: Think Win-Win
Habit Five: Seek to Understand, Then Be Understood
Habit Six: Synergize
RENEWAL
Habit Seven: Sharpen the Saw
