Assemble Financing Team Participants

To complete the process of issuing bonds you need a number of specialists. The District retained the services of:

1. California Financial Services as the financial advisor/program administrator
2. UBS Financial Services and Piper Jaffray, as the bond udnerwriters
3. Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth as the bond/special disclosure counsel
4. Financial Security Assurance as the bond insurer
5. U.S. Bank National Association as the bond trustee/paying agent bank

A financial printer is to be selected.
