McCormick has a long history of successfully acquiring company for over 100 years. In 2017 its biggest acquisitions was to acquire Reckitt Benckiser’s. McCormick gained the French’s mustard portfolio, Frank’s “RedHot” hot sauce, and Cattleman’s barbecue sauce.
