The key functions of Slack is messaging, file sharing, internal channels (chat), shared channels ( external communication to other companies) and search. What makes Slack so attractive to users is 1500+ integrations with other apps.

Slack has a four tier pricing model from free to standard ($6 per user per month), plus ($12 per user per month) and Enterprise grid. Once a customer looks to the enterprise grid, Slack provides customer support and sales support. As a result, customer acquisition costs are low as sales support is focused on customers generating $100,000 of annual revenues or more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
