  2. 2004-05 Effective Jan 1, 2005 $ 41,400
    • Employee Only: $370.26
    • Employee Plus One: $520.00
    • Employee Plus Family $570.00
    • Cash Out Option $305.00
  3. 2005-06 Formula (See below) $ 82,800 + TBD
  4. 2006-07 Reopeners for Health and Welfare benefits

Other

  1. Early Retirement Incentive Program
    • 15% of employee's salary if 11 members retire

Salary/Benefits Formula for 2005/06 School Year

The percent raise the Local One unit will be determined by the percent raise contained in the Alameda Education Association sideletter for 2005-06. The percent raise will be added to the salary schedule and/or benefits per Public Employees Union Local One direction.
