Student Achievement Goals
- Using our Grade Level Study Team meetings will establish best practices for student learning and academic growth through anlysis of data and best practices.
- Grade level study teams will focus on specific literacy needs including vocabulary development and comprehension.
- Five percent of our student population will show positive growth, emphasizing on our African American and ELL populations.
Teacher Practice Goals
- Identify data on our focal group of students in each class at each grade level of approximately 3-5 students.
- Hold monthly Grade Level Study Team meetings and process the COI to assess data and revise teacher practices according to student needs.
- Implement school-wide practices that will focus on literacy skills for targeted subgroup.
- Read and apply student assessment data that provides equitable teaching practices for African American and ELL populations.

- Identify literacy strategies to improve student achievement, including Grade Level Study Team meetings and other collaboration meetings.
