Report on Support for PI Schools Background: Staff and principals from Ruby Bridges, Paden and Wood Middle school a review of the support and work being done at each school to meet the challenge of being in Program Improvement. Fiscal Implications. None. 2.Resolution in Support of Parcel Tax Legislation Background: Assembly member Rob Bonta has introduced legislation to help school districts issue parcel taxes that allow them to tax different classes of property.The vote was 4-1 with member Spencer voting no. Fiscal Implications: None. 3.) 2011/12 Audit Background: Each year the school district is required to have an audit performed. The audit was approved by the Board. Fiscal Implications: None. 4.) Developer Fees Background: Based on a study performed every five years, school district can qualify to assess developer fees. The study indicates Alameda can assess Level 2 fees. The Board approved the fees. Fiscal Implications: None. |
