Background: The staff presented an overview of the academic accomplishments of their school.

Background: Staff presented a review of how the monies are spent on categorical programs.

3.) Approval to Replace Playground Equipment at Washington and Edison Schools

Background: Staff presented a recommendation to replace unsafe playground equipment at Washington and Edison schools.

Fiscal Implications: $195,000 of Measure C funds and $45,000 of donations

4.) Review of SIM and IBD Programs

Background: Staff presented a recap of the effectiveness of the Strategic Instructional Model and Inquiry by Design educational programs.

5.) District Office Relocation and Seismic Safety Upgrade Report

Background: Staff presented a recap of the reasons why the District Offices needed to relocated as well as the seismic upgrades needed to allow students to use classrooms in Historic Alameda High school.
