1.) Facilities Master Plan Implementation Plan B
Background: After the Board changed its mind about their direction, QKA presented Plan B. Board Member Kahn read a prepared statement indicating she can no longer support placing a bond on the ballot.
Fiscal Implications. None.
2. Draft Language for Bond Measure
Background: Staff presented draft ballot language for a November bond measure. Given the need for four Board members to agree to place the measure on the November ballot, the Board discussed what changes could be made to gain a fourth vote. Bond counsel suggested adding language to require Board approval for the projects and selling of bonds to address Board member Kahn's concerns.

3. DELAC Survey Report
Background: Staff presented a summary of a survey of DELAC members.

4. Update on Instructional Leadership Team
Background: Staff presented an annual update on the work of the Instructional Leadership Team.

5. Public Hearing on Local Accountability Plan and 2014/15 Budget
Background: Public hearings were held for the Local Control Accountability Plan and the 2014/15 Budget.
