1.) Installation of Student Board Members

Background: Student board members from Alameda High School, Alameda Science Technology Institute, Encinal High School and Island High School were sworn into represent their school.

2. Recognition of Alameda County Teacher of the Year

Background: Chris Hanson, Lincoln Middle School, was recognized for being named Alameda County Teacher of the Year.

3.) Measure A Committee Appointment

Background: The Superintendent recommended the appointment of eleven individuals to the Measure A Oversight Committee. The Board approved the recommendation.

4.) Day 20 Enrollment Report

Background: Staff presented the 20 Day Enrollment report.

5.) 10 Steps to Success

Background: Staff presented the new data related to the 10 Steps to Success..

Background: The Board of Education approved the 2012/13 strategic goals.
