1.) Encinal Pool Design
Background: Staff presented the proposed changes to the Encinal pool being funded as a result of the land swap between AUSD and the city of Alameda.

2.) Academy of Alameda K-5 Charter Petition
Background: The staff presented their recommendation on the proposed K-5 charter school. The Board approved the petition.

3.) High School Community Engagement Timeline
Background: As part of the adoption of placing a bond measure on the November ballot, the Board agreed to conduct community discussion regarding the optimal configuration for Alameda comprehensive high schools. Staff presented a proposed timeline for the discussion.

4.) 2014/15 Budget Update
Background: Staff presented an updated 2014/15 budget.
5.) Appointment of Measure A Oversight Committee Members
Background: The Board approved the recommendation of community members to serve on the Measure A Committee.
