1.) 100 Best Communities Recognition

Background: Alameda was recognized as one of the 100 Best Communities for children. Alameda Unified School District works with a number of agencies within the city to coordinate services for Alameda's youth.

Fiscal Implications. None.

2. School Performance Rating Report

Background: Staff presented the updated data for school performance.

Fiscal Implications: None.

3.) Superintendent Performance Pay Goals

Background: Based on the existing, the Board of Education needs to approve performance pay goals for following school year by October of each year. The Board of Education approved the three goals.

Fiscal Implications: Up to $15,000 if the goals are met less revenue receive in meeting the goals.
