2. Review of Employee Evaluations Conducted in 2010/11

Background: Staff presented a report on the evaluations conducted during the 2010/11 school year.

3.) Approval of Superintendent's Performance Pay Plan Goals for 2012/2013

Background: The Board voted 3-2 to approve 2012/2013 goals for the Superintendent.Board member McMahon voted no indicating that he would like to Superintendent goals be applicable to District wide impact instead of goal three that was focused on a narrow band of students.

4.) Update on the Stimulated Drill at Alameda High School

Background: Staff provided a summary of the activities that took place on October 18 where over 500 students participated in stimulated drill at Alameda High School.

5.) Update on Progress of Calendar for 2012/13

Background: Staff presented an update on getting the school calendar for 2012/13. It is hoped a calendar will be approved in December.
