1.) Joint Use Agreement between Alameda Little League and AUSD
Background: Staff presented a Joint Use Agreement for Little League Fields at the Wood/Lum site.

2.) Alameda Education Association Sunshine Openers
Background: Staff presented the contract openers from the Alameda Education Association.
Fiscal Implications. None.
3.) Alameda Unified School District Sunshine Openers
Background: Staff presented the Alameda Unified School District contract openers.
Fiscal Implications. None.
4.) Kindergarten Roundup
Background: Staff presented an overview of the dates for 2015 Kindergarten Roundup.
4.) Measure I Report
Background: Staff presented an overview of the next steps after Alameda approved Measure I, the school bond measure. Staff will bring back a plan in 2015 with projects and implementation timeline as well as covered the timeline for comprehensive high school conversation. Staff presented some initial background information of high school configurations in neighboring districts.
