1.) Review of Summer Facilites Projects

Background: Staff presented a report detailing the facilities work that will be done over the summer.

Fiscal Implications. None.

2. Innovative Programs Update

Background: Staff presented a review of the progress of the implementation of innovative programs at Earhart, Bay Farm and Maya Lin.

Fiscal Implications: None.

3. Report on Wood School

Background: Staff provided an update on the academic progress being made at Wood School.

Fiscal Implications: None

4. Master Plan Update

Background: The Superintendent presented an annual update on the progress being on the Master Plan.

Fiscal Implications: None.

5. Facilities Master Plan

Background: Staff was seeking direction from the Board on next steps in the Facilities Master Plan process. Board member McMahon expressed an opinion that the next bond should focusing on Historic Alameda High School.

Fiscal Implications: TBD.

6. Marina Village Lease

Background: Staff presented information on the last chance to purchase the Marina Village site. The Board indicated they were not interested.
