1.) Final Report from Measure C Oversight Committee

Background: The Measure C Oversight Committee presented their final report of fiscal activity for approximately $90 million dollars .

2. Strategic Cuts for Multi Year Budgets

Background: The Superintendent presented her recommendations for potential reductions in order to maintain a positive budget certification.

3.Review of Changes to School Lunch Menus

Background: Staff presented an overview of the changes to the lunch menu.

4.Approval of Statement of Work for Facilities Master Plan

Background: The Board approved the base contract as well as additions to scope of work to be performed.

Background: The Board provided their input what should be guiding principles to the Facilities Master Plan.

6.Annual Report on Employees HR Programs

Background: Staff presented a review of employee performance programs.
